Bloom Bird Edulearn LLP is the culmination of decades of experience of the founding team in the diverse spheres of industry and academia. Our sincere endeavour behind this venture was to create a measurable methodology to assess the teaching process in schools, while not losing focus on institutional paraphernalia like infrastructure, and associated processes and activities. Our aim was to enhance the core competency of a school – providing top-class teaching experience to students. We created the Bloom Bird Assessment and Certification program that uses Bloom’s Taxonomy to define important criteria that form the basis of a holistic and comprehensive third-party assessment of the teachers. Regular self-assessments complement the physical assessments by an expert audit team.
